Timur Turlov graduated from the Russian State Technological University named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management.

Mr. Turlov has more than 10 years of experience in various areas of the international securities industry. From May 2012 through January 2013, Mr. Turlov served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC Nomad Finance, where he oversaw the business setup and acquisition of large clients. From July 2013 to July 2017, Mr. Turlov served as the Advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Freedom Finance JSC. In that capacity, Mr. Turlov was primarily responsible for strategic management, public and investor relations events, investment and sales strategy, and government relations.

In July 2017, Mr. Turlov became Chairman of the Board of Directors of Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty, Kazakhstan). Since July 2014, Mr. Turlov has served as a President at Freedom Securities Trading Inc. (Belize), where he carries out the general management of the company, elaborates the development strategy, and controls the cash flow within the company.

Currently, Mr. Turlov is a Member of YPO Kazakhstan (Young Presidents Organisation), which unites young businessmen and top managers from all over the world. Also, he is President of the Kazakhstan Chess Federation, President of the Kazakhstan Football Federation and a participant of the IQanat educational project.

Today Timur Turlov is a Member and a Chairman of the Board of Directors in Life Insurance Company "Freedom Finance Insurance" JSC, Insurance Company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC, "Bank Freedom Finance Kazakhstan" JSC, Kcell JSC. He owns interests in other businesses, including other securities brokerage firms.

Askar Tashtitov has served as a director of the Company since May 2008 and was employed with BMB Munai, Inc., the predecessor of the Company, from 2004 through 2015, serving as the president from May 2006 to November 2015. Mr. Tashtitov earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University majoring in Economics and History in 2002. Mr. Tashtitov passed the AICPA Uniform CPA Examination in 2006.

Mr. Kerr earned his Bachelor of Science degree in economics (Phi Beta Kappa) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah in 1998 where he was named a William H. Leary Scholar. He was a founding member of the commercial litigation firm of Price, Parkinson Kerr and served as the General Counsel of Basic Research, LLC, a food, cosmetic and dietary supplement company. Mr. Kerr was a partner in the insurance practice at the law firm of Plant, Christensen & Kanell, and a commercial litigator at Lewis Roca. During Mr. Kerr’s 26 year legal career, he has represented clients in many industries, including some of the largest casualty and life, health and disability insurance companies in the world, real estate developers, lenders, construction companies, international food ingredient manufacturers, cosmetic companies, a textile firm, and dietary supplement companies in commercial transactions, regulatory matters, international trade and litigation, including complex commercial litigation and class action defense.

Renat Tukanov received his BA in Marketing and Commerce from Turan University (Almaty, Kazakhstan).

As a Chief Technology Officer of Freedom Holding Corp., Mr. Tukanov is responsible for strengthening the technological direction at the Holding level and ensuring effective interaction between the companies - FRHC members and corporate governance in the field of information technology and information security.

Mr. Tukanov has over 15 years of experience in the information technology sector, including more than a decade in leadership roles. His previous roles include serving as the General Director of a system integrator company and as IT Director in a subsidiary of the Ministry of Energy in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In this capacity, he managed large projects, oversaw strategic planning, and controlled financial operations.

Prior to joining Freedom Holding Corp., Mr. Tukanov was a Counselor to the Chairman of the Management Board at Freedom Finance JSC, a 100% subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp. in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Currently, he is a Chief Executive Officer at Freedom Finance Global PLC, a 100% subsidiary of Freedom Holding Corp. in the Republic of Kazakhstan, registered at Astana International Financial Center (AIFC) and Deputy Chairman of the Board at Freedom Finance JSC.

Mr. Tukanov creates unique technological products with his team that complement each other and provide customers with a unique value from their joint use. Mr. Tukanov builds, supports, and develops the interaction between FRHC companies and teams in the field of technology to maximize the synergetic effect.

Valeriy Kim currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Freedom Holding Corp., having been appointed to such position effective June 25, 2026. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, beginning in 2024, he served concurrently as the Company’s Vice President of Finance and Chief Executive Officer of Freedom Holding Operations LLP, a subsidiary of the Company. From 2020 to 2024, Mr. Kim served as Chief Financial Officer of Freedom Finance Global PLC, also a subsidiary of the Company. Before joining the Freedom group, Mr. Kim was with Deloitte from 2010 to 2017, where he advanced to the position of Audit Manager. Mr. Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Almaty Management University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Aidos Zhumagulov graduated from T. Ryskulov University and City Business School and holds an MBA degree.

As the Chief Banking Officer of Freedom Holding Corp., Mr. Zhumagulov is responsible for leading the digitalization, strategic transformation, and technological development of all the Holding's banks worldwide, ensuring unified corporate governance and scaling innovative financial products globally. He also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of JSC «Freedom Bank Kazakhstan».

Mr. Zhumagulov is a digital banking expert with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, including more than 15 years in key leadership roles. His extensive career includes serving as Managing Director and Member of the Management Board at JSC «Bank of Astana» and holding top executive positions at commercial banks in Kazakhstan and Russia, such as CB CJSC «Russian Slavonic Bank», JSC «Alliance Bank», JSC «Nurbank», and JSC «Bank Caspian», where he was primarily responsible for the development of retail banking products and strategic growth.

Prior to his current executive roles, Mr. Zhumagulov held various senior advisory positions within the ecosystem. He served as an Advisor to the Office of the Chairman of the Board at JSC «Freedom Finance» and as an Advisor to the Board of Directors of JSC «Freedom Bank Kazakhstan». Furthermore, he holds executive advisory roles in the Development and International Cooperation department at «Freedom Finance Global» PLC and serves as a member of the supervisory boards for several portfolio companies, including Subsidiary Company «Internet Tourism» LLP.
