NOTE 29 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
The Company has performed an evaluation of subsequent events through the time of filing this annual report on Form 10-K with the SEC. Other than as disclosed below, during this period the Company did not have any additional material recognizable subsequent events.
On May 18, 2021, the Company awarded restricted stock grants totaling 1,031,500 shares of its common stock to 56 employees and consultants of the Company, including two executive officers of the Company.
On May 26, 2021, debt securities of Freedom KZ denominated in Kazakhstan tenge and indexed to U.S. dollar which had a fixed annual coupon rate of 8% and a carrying value of $10,477 including interest accrued of $274 as of March 31, 2021, matured and were retired by Freedom KZ. |
